People gone by...

Three coworkers are leaving my office as with today.
This gonna be my last day to work with them.

My company offers one year contract to all employees here.
Some of us extend the contract, but many of my coworkers
go back to Japan right after one year contract.

Sounds unusual??

If you work in developed countries, you would feel it's not normal
many employees work for a company only for one year.

Working environment is not too good??
Wage is too low??
Our job is boring??

No, no, no. I don't think the reasons above don't really answer
the question why people are leaving so soon.

The answer is simple.

Japanese people living in China is just too hard.
I should say, life in Japan and China is too different.

They quit the job not because they hate the job,
but because they think China is not the place they live
for many years.

Of course, if Japanese people live in a foreign country,
there should be so many problems, and hardships
necessarily they face to. Me also, lived in many different
countries, and found it's not easy to get used to foreign
countries' culture, habits etc..

But when I was in Canada, I felt like "I wanna live here for many years!!"

But there's something we (Japanese people) can not take here in China.

It's not because our history, economic situation, or other
things we can see.

Many Chinese people are nice, rapid economic development
is really fun to see.

But people are leaving here, and I know I will leave here too.
BUT NOT NOW! ahahahaha. (within couple of years for sure..)

I gotta enjoy every minutes every seconds here.

capricious weather...

Look at this picture!!!
I took this at 9 o'clock in the morning!
Isn't it too dark??

This day I got office at 8.
I was attending my Chinese class as usual.
Then, the weather got suddenly so bad!

Dark clouds covered all sky, and started raining so hard.
It felt like it was at 9 o'clock in the evening....
I can't help taking a picture of this unusual weather!!!
So right after my Chinese class, I grabbed my camera and
went take this picture.

My Chinese teacher didn't think the weather became so bad.
She didn't bring her umbrella. I let her use my umbrella.
(Next day she brought fruit for me in return!!! She is so nice!!)

This kind of things always happen in Dalian in China
Suddenly get rains, and suddenly get good weather..
I am now used to it.

New Chinese Class

New Chinese Class has started!

My company offers free Chinese lessons
for all employees both in the morning and evening! WOW!
I have to choose morning class, or evening class though.
(I can not take both class....)

I used to take evening class, but after 8 hours of work,
I got really tired listening to my teacher speaking Chinese......
I found it didn't really help brushing up my Chinese if
I take evening lessons.

SO! from today, i started taking morning class!!
It starts at 8!
I got to leave my house at 7:40!
That's extremely early for me!
AND I WAS LATE FOR TODAY'S CLASS. ahahahaha

My teacher is so cute and nice.
My classmates (my coworker) are so good.
I think I am gonna enjoy my morning class.

I gotta do homework from today's lesson..
And I gotta wake up earlier tomorrow....

To begin with.....

I've been in China for one year, and I will be here next couple of years.

I am not Chinese, but I am here working.

I am gonna write down things happening around me in China
just for my records~.
